Our Fitplan is not only the products, but also part of a worldwide community! A community that shares knowledge, experience and information about healthy food and organizes a wide range of activities. Activities such as nutrition information evenings, fitness clubs, motivational calls, 21-day challenges, work-outs, boot camps, etc. Enthusiastic customers are invited to contribute and also become a Fitcoach so that we can reach even more people! Our Fit plan includes various programs, the most well-known programs are of course the Weight Loss Program and the Sports Nutrition Program, but we also have an Gain Program and a Healthy Heart Program, for example.

We hold a Fit Check with every -new- customer and on that basis we determine together with the customer which products he/she wants to start with. A personal plan that we can adjust over time. Customization is important to us.
